Rebecca is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist. Before deciding to follow her passion for complimentary therapies and study, she worked for over 15 years in a corporate environment. This gave her a deep understanding of the impacts stress, sleep deprivation and time poor eating habits can have on our digestive, physical and emotional health.

Rebecca is a qualified naturopath and nutritionist. She believes that we are all individuals with our own vulnerabilities and health states, so works with you to develop an individually tailored plan for your health goals. Your Wellness Plan will address relieving your current symptoms as well as the underlying causes. It will include diet and lifestyle improvements, and may be supported by herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, and flower therapies.
Rebecca provides a supportive environment to motivate and empower you to take the next steps towards improved nutritional, physical and emotional health. She particularly enjoys working with clients to improve their energy and vitality by supporting sleep maintenance, stress management, mood and anxiety, digestive health, hormonal health, strengthening immunity, memory and cognition and healthy ageing.
