So, you bought it and… it’s not quite what you expected? That’s ok! It's important to us that you're happy with your Mr. Vitamins' purchase, so if you're not totally satisfied, you can return your product for an exchange or refund. You can take your products to any one of our Australian stores or, if you purchase online, return the products via Australia Post for FREE.

How to return in-store

Simply take your product(s) into your nearest Mr. Vitamin's store and one of our team will help you with your return.

How to return your order online

1. Call us on 02 9411 1433 or send us an email at onlinesupport@mrvitamins.com.au to organize your free return label.

2. Our team will send you a pre-paid return label to attach to your return parcel.

3. Take your addressed parcel to your nearest Australia Post Office

Online order refunds

If you purchased online, you will be refunded via your original payment method online with 48hrs of your items being returned. You are also welcome to return your online items back to the online store.
