Key ingredients:
Marjoram French

To calm and soothe and promote relaxation.

Mandarin

Ingredients by volume:
Orange Sweet*, Lavender Sweet*, Lavender True*, Ylang Ylang*, Marjoram French*, Mandarin*, Chamomile Roman* (*Certified organic)

Insomnia:
1. Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.
2. Apply 1-2 drops to wrists and back of neck.
3. Add 10 drops and mix into bath water. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
4. Blend 10 drops in to 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into neck and back prior sleep.

Restful sleep and sweet dreams:
1. Apply 3-5 drops to feet before bed.
2. Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.

Safety considerations:
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
