It is a versatile and nutritious ingredient, used in many vegetarian and vegan recipes as it has a tasty, cheese-like flavour. As a superfood, nutritional yeast is packed with B vitamins, complete protein, iron, and beta-glucans. These nutrients not only support immune function but also promote gut health. Our fortified variety contains added synthetic vitamins during production to further enhance its nutrient content, making it an invaluable source of essential nutrients.
