New Nordic Melissa Dream is a natural health product, which contains known plant extracts, like chamomile, lemon balm and l-theanine. These have been used for centuries in herbal medicine to help calm the body and mind.

Vitamin B1- thiamine (Thiamine mononitrate) 0.48 mg
Vitamin B2 – riboflavin 0.55 mg
Vitamin B3 – niacin (nicotinamide) 6 mg
Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine (HCl) 0.68 mg
Vitamin B12 – cyanocobalamin 0.30 mcg
