Each 5g contains:

zinc citrate dihydrate 31.15mg equiv zinc 10mg,

Curcuma longa (turmeric) rhizome extract dry conc 15.4mg derived from minimum dry rhizome 308mg,

slippery elm bark powder 1g,

Althaea officinalis (marshmallow) root extract dry conc 375mg derived from dry root 1.5g,

quercetin dihydrate 100mg,

Cynara scolymus (globe artichoke) leaf extract dry conc 33.4mg derived from fresh leaf 2g,

inulin 300mg,

Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) flower extract dry conc 83.4mg derived from flower 500mg,

Aloe vera leaf juice powder 25mg derived from fresh inner leaf 5g.

Adults: Mix 5g of powder with 200ml of water or juice. Take 2-3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
