- 1 Organic Lemon – including skin
- Organic Turmeric (1 tsp powdered or 1 fresh root)
- Organic ginger – large knob
- 1 tbsp MGO 100+ Manuka Honey
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/2-cup warm water
- Blakc Pepper Method
- Whiz in blender to thick consistency
- Take 1/2 cup Hot Shot with 1/2 cup warm water and freshly cracked black pepper – every morning!
