These crunchy kale chips are quick and easy to make and much healthier than potato chips!
- 1 bunch of Kale (washed and dried)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
- Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
- Wash the kale then gently pat it dry. Tear the leaves off the large central stem and then into pieces if very large, discard the stem.
- In a large bowl drizzle the olive oil onto the kale, using your hands, massage the oil into the leaves.
- Sprinkle the kale with cumin and paprika
- Alternatively a sprinkling of ground Parmesan is yummy too
- Cover a baking try with baking paper and lay out the leaves onto it.
- Sprinkle with Himilayan salt then bake for about 15 minutes, turning the leave half way through.
- Leaves should be crisp and curled at the edges.
