Helpful in memory and improving liver function, the following are specific conditions for which this herb is indicated: :

  • depression
  • poor circulation
  • rheumatic pain
  • and topically for nerve pain

Care needed

Although considered a safe herb, even natural medicines need care. Always tell your doctor of any supplements you are taking. Care should be exercised using rosemary in the following::
  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • high blood pressure
  • in large doses as may cause irritation of the stomach
