British Medical Journal Report

The highly regarded British Medical Journal (BMJ), recently published a paper ‘Saturated fat is not the major issue’, which again highlights the problem.

Swedish National Dietary Guidelines reject low-fat diet dogma

Also in a latest report from Health Impact News, they advise us that ‘Sweden has become the first Western nation to develop national dietary guidelines that reject the popular low-fat diet dogma in favour of  low-carb high-fat nutrition advice.’ Now that’s interesting!
