Directions for Use
Adults 12 years and over: Take 2–3 heaped teaspoons (8g–12g) 30 minutes prior to sleep. Mix as a hot chocolate, iced chocolate, stir into yoghurt, or sprinkle over dessert.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cautions
