Cardamon
Elettaria cardamomum
To promote clear thinking.
Ingredients by volume:
Bergamot*, Rosemary Cineol*, Lemon*, Spearmint*, Basil*, Geranium*, Cardamon* (*Certified organic)
suggested dose
Diffuse 1-20 drops every 2-3 hours in your workspace.
Dab onto wrists or back of neck (NB: not for sensitive skin).
Apply a few drops to tissue or clothes every 2-3 hours.
Safety considerations:
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
