- Prior to bed remove the foot patch from the plastic. Peel off the large adhesive cover and place the printed side of the patch, onto the adhesive sheet.
- Place the adhesive sheet along with the patch onto the bottom of each foot. Smooth down the adhesive sheet ensuring it is flat. Wearing socks can also be beneficial if you move around a lot in your sleep.
- In the morning remove the patch and wash the bottom of the foot.
- Caution: Do not use on broken skin. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist see your doctor/healthcare professional.
