HealthWise® Inositol is a 100% pure myo inositol. a naturally occurring substance produced in the human body that belongs to the vitamin B complex group.
Benefits:
Myo-inositol is one of nine different types of inositol and can be found naturally in many foods such as fruits, buts and beans. It is a precursor to a number of “signaling molecules” that essentially tell cells how to behave.
Inositol is a fundamental ingredient of cell membranes and is necessary for proper function of nerves, brain, and muscles in the body.

Note: The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, levelled but not compacted.

As a dietary supplement, start with approx 1/4 level teaspoon, preferably with meals. Clinical studies have suggested up to 6 grams in split servings depending on bowel tolerance. (High doses can cause diarrhoea).
Toxicity/Interactions: No toxic effects are known, but always consult your health professional if taking any medications or if you have a prior or existing medical condition.
