All ingredients, and associated claims, are based only on evidence of traditional use in homeopathy to relieve the following symptoms:
Cough:
- Pulsatilla 30C - yellowish runny mucus. Must sit up to get relief.
- Drosera 30C - deep hoarse cough and voice. Yellow expectoration.
- Spongia 30C – dry, barking croupy cough.
- Kali Carbonica 30C – wheezy cough.
- Phosphorus 30C– hard, dry cracking cough. Body trembles with cough.
- Ipecacuanha 30C– constriction of chest. Loose, coarse rattle in the chest. Nausea with cough.
Cold:
- Kali Bichromium 30C – thick and green nasal mucous
- Pulsatilla 30C – yellowish, runny mucous. Stuffy nose
- Allium Cepa 30C – watery mucous with a great deal of sneezing
- Natrum muriaticum 30C - watery mucous without sneezing
- Kali Sulphuricum 30C - slimy, yellow mucus with nasal obstruction
- Silicea 30C - watery nose. nasal obstruction
- Nux Vomica 30C – stuffy colds. Sniffles. Bunged up at night and outdoors.
Throat:
- Aconite 30C - for the sudden onset of pain
- Chamomilla 30C - relieves acute pain and discomfort associated with inflamed, sore throats, gums and ears
- Phytolacca 30C - for dark red sore throats with shooting pains to the ears.
