Description
Zinc is necessary for normal healthy skin, hair and fingernails as well as taste and smell. It supports healthy eye function and has been used in the management of a number of skin conditions including eczema, male teenage acne, dry skin and speeds the healing time of minor burns and wounds.

Precautions
When taken in excess of 8000IU, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2,500IU. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
