Nutritious Dulse adds a unique smoky flavour and beautiful crimson colour to a variety of dishes. Try with eggs, savoury baking, potatoes, poke bowls. Popular in smoothies. Chop leaves into soups, stews and stir fries or wrap food parcels to infuse flavour and nutrients.
Benefits:
- This product is organically wild harvested, dried naturally to preserve nutritional properties and tested for contaminants.
The fine white powder which may be evident on this seaweed frond is glutamine, a naturally occurring amino acid which rises to the surface of a wild harvested seaweed as it dries naturally. This is the source of wonderful umami flavour in wild harvested seaweeds and is not to be confused with mould!
