Benefits
Myrrh is a fortifying oil encouraging peace and calm. It has powerful antiseptic and drying qualities making it well suited to the treatment of skin lesions including Athlete's foot, ringworm, wounds and wrinkles, mouth conditions such asulcers and gingivitis and pulmonary conditions including colds, flu and bronchitis. Add to massage blends, mouthwash, baths and vaporisers.

Blends well with: frankincense, sandalwood, benzoin, cypress, juniper, mandarin, geranium, patchouli, thyme, lavender, cinnamon, clove.
Precautions
not to be used in pregnancy. Do not take internally. Essential oils should always be blended with a base oil (such as sweet almond oil) before being applied to the body
