There are powerful strategies to support you and your brain to do better at work, business or school/university. Feed your Brain with better Nutrition

i.  Oxygen is the most important nutrient for your Brain

The simplest way to get more oxygen into the brain is by slow, deep diaphragm breathing, particularly when you are outdoors in good, fresh air.

ii.  Check out these brainpower foods to include in your diet:

  • Eat oily fish and/or good fish oil supplements.
  • Essential fatty acids are important for good healthy brain function. Good sources include linseed (flaxseed) oil, soya bean oil, pumpkin seeds, walnut oil & soya beans.
  • Add vitality with vitamins
  • Certain B vitamins - B6, B12 and folic acid reduce brain shrinkage in older people
  • Vitamin C has the power to increase mental ability
  • Eat more tomatoes, walnuts and blueberries

iii.   Give your Body good filtered water free of chlorine and fluoride

Most filtration systems especially the cartridge ones do not fully remove fluoride from tap water. The basic carbon filters are the most ineffective as they only remove chlorine. Only distillation and reverse osmosis systems completely remove fluoride from water. Fluoride is a toxin and causes calcification of the pineal gland.  It is also highly beneficial to put a filter on your showerhead as your skin absorbs toxins from the water far greater than what is consumed.
