New research published by the American Journal of Public Health has recently shown that it is highly unlikely an obese person will ever achieve a healthy weight!

The study examined the medical records of more than 275’000 obese men and women over the ages of 20. The researchers found that the annual likelihood of obese individuals achieving a healthy weight was 1 in 210 for men and 1 in 124 for women. Even worse, for morbidly obese individuals the probabilities of achieving a healthy weight were 1 in 1290 for men and 1 in 677 for women!Inspite of this you can succeed!
