Strawberries give this smoothie its beautiful pink colour as well as its delicious taste. Our Strawberry Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, protein and good fats.

Ingredients

6 -7 Strawberries - fresh or frozen - preferably organic
½ cup Cow or Sheep Yoghurt or Coconut Yoghurt
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Sprouted Rice Protein or Pea Protein (vanilla flavour)
1½ cup Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
1 tsp Bee Pollen granules
1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
  2. Check to see if more liquid is required and blend again.
  3. Serve immediately.
